Holiday apartment completely furnished and independent, located in the town centre. The accommodation is a charming house that was built in XIX century and recently completely restored. The apartment is entirely furnished in the traditional style of Sardinia, with the family’s carefully restored antique furniture. There are two double bedrooms, a living room with sofa and TV corner, kitchen, a comfortable bathroom.

Bedroom: Bedroom 1 with double bed, wardrobe, bed side table and chairs. Bedroom 2 with twin beds, wardrobe, bed side table and chairs. Bathroom: Charming bathroom with shower, mirror, WC, bidet and sink.
Kitchen: Kitchen with cooker (4 stoves), hob, fridge, freezer, sink, pots and crockery.
Utilities: Electricity, bed-linen, towels (as hot water and gas) are all included.
Living Room: Living room (carpeted) with table and chairs and sofa.
Other: The house has been beautifully renovated in 2003, both outside and inside. It is entirely furnished in the traditional style of the area, prevalently with the family’s carefully restored antique furniture.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Towels and linen are included. On demand: bed and breakfast service. Maid Service: cleaning is once a week, but on demand we can provide daily cleaning and change towels twice a week.

Prices shown are for the property per week for 2/4 people in Euros, including electricity, gas, hot water, linen and towels. Not included final cleaning. The house is suitable for a family or a small group of friends.
Changeover day: Usually Saturday, flexible in low season.
Notes on accommodation: Biological building techniques keep the house warm in winter time and fresh in summer time. Anyway, we provide heating from October to March and a room fan from April to September.
Booking notes: Deposit in advance: 30% within 10 days from the reservation (we accept bank transfer or postal order).
